1. The student April payments were due on April
(Guest Traveler payments are due April 15.) The
student payments should have been for $300 or $350,
depending on how much you paid in March. We have NOT
YET applied any fund-raising towards student payments.
We will be do so before May 1. Several students have
already raised more than $700 towards their trip
costs. If you already know that you have raised more
than enough to payoff the trip, do not pay your April
payment. We will send out rebate checks to those who
overpay.

2. If you are unsure what your balance is (before
fund-raising is deducted) then feel free to email JUDY
WARRICK, who is our Tour Accountant. Her email address

3. We are now selling the NEW TRIER MEMORY PLAQUES.
They are wonderful and very attractive. We sold 10 to
faculty and staff the first day they were put on
display in the Faculty Mail Room. We have already sold
12. Samples will be available to see and purchase in
the lobby during the Jazz Ensemble Concert on April
14, and the Symphony Orchestra Spring Concert on April
28. We need a new or another set of parents to help us
sell these plaques at events or meetings at New Trier
that have adults present. (Booster Club, Parent's
Association,etc.) If you can help us with this new

4. Fortune Cookie sales at school are going great.
100% of the money collected go to the student who
sales the cookies! Every student can sell and they
have been informed of the procedure. 

5. Due to my recent accident and the amount of work to
prepare the online auction, the ONLINE AUCTION will be
delayed for two weeks. The Auction will now begin at 8
p.m. on Friday, April 28, and end two weeks later.

6. Keep in mind that students are required to buy the
quantity of tour CDs that they originally ordered.
PLEASE TURN IN MONEY ALREADY COLLECTED THIS WEEK SO WE
MIGHT HAVE FUNDS TO MAKE OUR APRIL 15 AIRLINE PAYMENT.

7. Sales for the "Weight to Go" Contest are going VERY
VERY SLOWLY. Please don't forget this project.

8. Our internal Tour Group E-mail system will soon be
available on the Tour Personnel section. There has
been so much to do that getting this project started
has taken more time than expected.

9. Our current focus with our tour operator is
finalizing our concert dates and sites. We will post
an exact schedule as soon as possible.

10. The Winnetka VFW troop recently donated $600 to
our tour.

11. If you have not made plans for you shots, then it
is NOW TIME to get serious!
